My research focuses on designing and testing strategies to facilitate the integration of evidence-based practices into primary care settings. By bridging the gap between research and real-world applications, I aim to create sustainable interventions that improve patient outcomes and support healthcare providers in adopting best practices effectively.

I am committed to advancing clinical decision-making by combining high-quality research evidence with clinical expertise and patient preferences. My work supports healthcare professionals in adopting tools such as patient decision aids, which enhance shared decision-making and improve the quality of care.

Epidemiology
I investigate health trends and determinants in diverse populations, with a focus on areas such as mental health, sexual and reproductive health and chronic disease management. These insights inform the development of targeted interventions and public health strategies to address health disparities and improve overall outcomes.

E-Health
My work explores the use of digital technologies to improve healthcare access, efficiency, and patient engagement. From telemedicine to digital health tools, I study how these innovations can be effectively implemented to enhance patient-centred care and foster better communication between patients and providers.
